IF YOUR OUT ON BAIL AT THE TIME OF FIRING THE LAWYER WILL YOU REMAIN OUT UNTIL YOUR RESCHEDULED COURT DATE?

Answer by Boatin' in VA!
Stall for time for what purpose?

Why play games with the system?

Go to court...get the verdict to be given...due the time if imposed.

If you fire your court appointed lawyer then, unless you have GOOD justification for it, you are going to have to go to trial as scheduled, and without a lawyer.

Judges will not let you just game the system that way.

It's assholes like you that clog our justice system, suck it up and face the consequences of your actions, that's the problem with people today they want to blame everything on everyone else and refuse to take responsibility for their actions, get over it and face your punishment , like the old saying goes "don't do the crime if you can't do the time"

You need a legitimate reason to fire the attorney the first time. Try doing this and you will be defending yourself. Old quote is "Anyone who represents themselves in a court of law, has a fool for a client".

none, you fire a CAL and you're going to court to defend yourself.
