On a NWNF basis, do they charge the solicitor taking on the case as a 'new lead' or do they charge the claimant once the compensation amount has been agreed and if so, on what %.
Thanks Matt

NWNF means they will recover their fees from the other side separately to the compensation recovered for the claimant. If your case is unsuccessful then this is covered by insurance. You may have to take out insurance for this purpose.
So whatever compensation is awarded is yours.
It is possible they get referral fees from the firms they use.
At least that's the theory behind these services, but I'm not totally convinced there isn't a scam somewhere.
