Right now in the USA , Constitution Lawyers are needed to sue the Government for violating the Constitution. In all 48 States, these lawyers are in demand, to protect the peoples rights against the government.

Most needed: Unemployed lawyers. There's a glut of lawyers in most fields. But there's always a demand for Patent and Intellectual Property lawyers.
Not sure how relevant a foreign law degree is to US law. Laws are very different from country to country. Perhaps in-house counsel for a multinational corporation doing business in the country you are licensed for. Otherwise, you'll practically (perhaps even literally) have to earn a new JD.
