When my Grandmother died my cousin is the executor and she didnt give me a copy of the will she said that the lawyer would contact me sometime. Hmmm. I havent felt very comfortable about the whole thing since she lives in a different state. I wasnt even asked to see the inside of my Grandmothers house. Does this smell fishy to you?

The executor has no obligation to show the will to anyone.
I would however ask your cousin if you could see your grandma's house and maybe have some things of hers. When did this happen? Is your grandma's house all cleared out or can you still see it?
I would ask in a nice way so as to not put her on the defense. You don't want her to feel like you don't trust her. You want her to work with you and you could really piss her off and shut you out even more.
If she said the lawyer will be contacting you then the lawyer will be contacting you. These things take time. Don't harrass her. My dad was an executor once and his sister in law harrased him becasue things weren't moving fast enough for her. She and her husband (my dad's brother) eventually got was they were supposed to get but it takes time.
Being an exector is alot of work and a big responsibility. Having the whole family breathing down your neck is not apprecitaed!
Also, your cousin has every right to take extra money for her time for being the exector. She is doing alot of work and she has a right to get paid for her time. She may or may not take payment for it. It's her choice.
