1/ Sabrina has not spoken to her sister Mary for ever 10 years because of a family dispute. Their mother now become seriously ill and needs to go to a nursing home. Sabrina and Mary agree, through their respective solicitors, to share the cost of the nursing home equally until such time as their mother dies.
After only six months, Sabrina quarreled with Mary and Sabrina refuses to pay any more towards the nursing home bills. Is there a binding agreement between Sabrina and Mary? Explain.
Pls answer on paragraph or by point form in details. Thanks!

well you have an offer and acceptance seemingly, but the question is whether you have consideration. also to be considered is whether this would be a gift or something the daughter felt a moral obligation to do -- i.e. would she take care of her mother without the agreement with Mary?
