...and after 9 months of going back and forth to the court, as she still can't prove her accussations and many excuses and adjourned hearing schedules, even the police imbestigators who represented her in court got annoyed to her many excuses and that the police officers cannot prove it also in the court and her solicitors, the judges finally dismissed the case. And the court even paid me a cheque for the costs that i've spent on going there for 9 months with a perfect attendance.
Our kids were only 6 and 9 years old when it happened 2.5 years ago. I know the major victims here are the kids as I am not with them anymore but would the law consider the woman (ex-wife) or the man (myself)?
Wish there are some people here with similar experience or those who really knows the law would give me an advise. Thank you.

The only person who can give you advice that is of any value is an Attorney who has a great deal of experience with Divorce law.
I recommend that you hire a good divorce Attorney.
