DSWD warns public vs fake donation solicitors
MANILA, July 14 (PNA) -- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Corazon Juliano-Soliman on Wednesday warned the public against entertaining fraudulent solicitors who, through phone call, e-mail, text or knock on doors, ask for donations to allegedly support projects of the agency.
