my friend (an architect) and her lawyer-husband are relocating in Dubai, UAE. The husband is hesitant about the idea because he might not be able to practice his profession in Dubai. What requirements, if any, so that he can practice his profession as a lawyer in UAE

MUCH more schooling, and a slew of tests, plus a HUGE premium for insurance.

It is not easy to find out about rules and regulations in Dubai.
