Before i was 18 i was in a car accident. I was supposed to recieve compensation when i turned 18 but i havnt recieved anything.

Contact who ever was supposed to pay it to you.
But don't count on getting the money.

Presumably there is legal paperwork about this arrangement. You need to look at that paperwork and see what it says about how it was suppoed to be paid to you. Talk with the lawyer who represented you in the Case.
