my ex husband has lied to his solicitor by telling her that when he collects his daughter from my home for access that I am provocative. This is because he wants his way which is to be lazy about collecting her does he need concrete proof of this before it is granted,
Answer by Diva-Ish
what a lame excuse. don't let him bully you. he has no proof of you being a bad mom and you are not a bad mom then you are fine.

depends on the judge. you are only required to do what is in the court order. if there is a question of merit the court will always side with protecting the child to the maximum extent.

If he wants a Neutral Meeting Spot in my State its almost standard. You could meet him somewhere public Half Way. BTW it works both ways so he has to meet you Half Way for your pickup. Good Luck

I think it's silly and stupid of him to try to say you're provocative so that he can get what he wants out of the situation, but I must ask I don't understand what the big deal is?
If he wants to meet in public you should do it -- you won't have to have this lying man in your home anymore! Plus, it would decrease the probability that he would lie again because there would be other people around.
Good luck!

You need to get a digital recorder and record your interactions with him. If you can turn it on to prove you have *NOT* been provocative then you can prove it. If you can't stand to turn it on when you are to speak with him then your husband may have a point to the judge and you need to review how you interact with the husband.
