Hello Friends,
Please help me out. I'm in dilemma.
I'm a Masters' student in New Jersey, USA. I have joined IT consultancy for my internship. They agreed on getting a job for me in 2 months after joining them. but it has been 3 months. I'm jobless. Now they are saying they don't see any opening in nearing future. They can't help me.
I have pain $ 3500 in university for filling my internship with them.
I wan to file fraud case against them. I want to take legal actions. I'm want to claim compensation as they have affected my career adversely. can I claim without hiring any lawyer.
can anybody please tell me what should I do. I'm in dilemma. I'm a lot worried about my future.
I have paid $ 3500 to my university to file my internship with this company.
I want to claim all my money.
Please tell me what should I do. How should i go ahead.
Thanks a lot in advance
I have an offer latter from that consultant company showing the internship period of 5 months and another latter called learning contract showing pay/hr.
They keep on saying we are getting a project for you, soon we are going to arrange interview for you. but nothing happened. It has been 4 months. I am a lot nervous and tensed. Even I don't have money to hire a lawyer. I hope police can solve my problem.
Please help me.
Thanks.

Their defense will probably revolve around you qualifications or lack thereof, they would prevail if they can show that they contracted with you in good faith and you failed to meet their minimum requirements.~
