Court ruling favors Franken

Democrats are hailing a ruling from a three-judge panel saying it will make it difficult for Coleman to win.
After seven weeks of recounting, millions spent on legal fees and a tough legal ruling Tuesday afternoon, Norm Coleman still looks like the loser in the Minnesota Senate race.
But even as Democrat Al Franken's campaign celebrated a three-judge panel's decision to put at most 400 ballots back in play, the Coleman camp is still promising to take its case to the Minnesota Supreme Court. And it's not ruling out an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court or filing a new lawsuit in federal district court.
Ben Ginsberg, a central player for George W. Bush during the 2000 Florida recount and Coleman's lawyer, said, "If the court does not reverse its decision, it will give us no choice but to appeal that order to the Minnesota Supreme Court."

Al Franken is an absolute joke. He somehow found hundreds of ballots that were all votes for him and none for Norm Coleman. It's painfully obvious that he stole the election. Why is it that Democrats have to kick and scream every time they lose until they get their way? Thank God Algore never became president, we'd be living in huts trying to warm ourselves with candles while he preaches mantras from the Greenpeace textbook from his mansion.

I didn't bother reading the question. I do have my favorite pictures of Al. I imagine this is one of his favorites also. If does ever make it to the Senate, I'm sure it will hang proudly in his office.

It doesn't matter cause they can all them whatever they want they are losers no matter what they call anyone and their behavior has helped their enemy. I wish I would have seen the debates between those 2 cause libs are not what they used to be. We may love the earth, sky & trees but we can take them on now cause we are gighting for these children who will never see their parents again thanks to Bush starting all this mess.
