I was injured while driving my truck at work in late Jan. and I tore my rotator cuff, and my superspinatis tendon, and I was wondering if anybody can tell me what type of compensation I can look forward to and how the process for a claim goes? I have not received any money from unemployment or workmans comp yet, I have gotten a lawyer to represent me but they are hesitant to tell me anything in case something goes wrong, but can I someone tell me something?
