David Marks grew up in Annandale, Virginia, attending Annandale High School, Mary Washington College and then University of Richmond Law School. Mr. Marks begin his legal career representing auto insurance companies. He is now a partner in the Fairfax, Virginia law firm of Leiva & Marks, P.L.C., where he limits his practice to personal injury law.
Mr. Marks has devoted his career to representing individuals who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries due to motor vehicle accidents.
