Non injury accident claims?

I was in a motorcycle accident where a truck hit me from behind. M/C was totaled and I already got the claim paid for the M/C value. However I was not injured, not even a scratch ( super lucky, I know). On the other hand this accident obviously caused some serious trauma and I am paranoid about stopping at red lights now (that is how the accident happened, I was slowing down for the red light) In terms of compensation, how do I go about this type of non-injury related claims? I see terms such as "compensation for suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, etc". Oh also my family flew into check on me, can that be included in the claim as well? I am not trying to scam/screw the insurance company but rather just trying to get what I deserve..
Thanks.
Just to clarify, I am not looking for a compensation because I am paranoid about red lights and such. My question is more related to the fact that I am not hurt, and already got the M/C's value. Is there any compensation that is just for the fact that I had an accident and had to go through the whole thing? That is my question.

Your family will not get compensated for their travel expenses. As for the emotional distress, that's going to be hard to prove. Unless you go to therapy, but even then you may not get anything.

You will have to see a Dr., most likely a phycologist who can confirm your claim, and also,,,,, are you kidding? get real man.
