unless you entered a lottery you did not win one
you dont have to give a credit card or bank account number to receive payment from a legitimate lottery
legitimate lotteries do not notify you by email
The bad news is that you did not win a lottery. Good news is, you were not scammed out of your credit card number!
Spammers and scammers can can easily spoof a return address to look like it came from someplace respectable. Don't believe or trust everything that falls into your mailbox.
