Can i take Legal action Against Paypal for refusing to give me my money ?
I have an account that has £115.00 on it and paypal are refusing to give me it !
They say i have an old account with outstanding balance , The account they are regarding was my old acount that i had over 3 years ago and it was hacked !
So it has nothing to do with me ! I have explained this to them time and time again .
Can i Instruct a Solicitor to take Legal action to get my money back ?
This is my money and its been in the paypal account over a year now and i want it back !

You can sue anybody for anything.
What you need when you take someone like this company on is ahuge fighting fund.
Your 115 pounds will be gone before you even finish outlaying your problem to your own lawyer.
Their problem, your problem ..these guys have the bucks to keep your complaint in the courts for years.
If you win they will appeal and appeal and appeal.
What you need is proof , try taking it up with a consumer agency, but for 115 pounds I think it will probably cost you at least 115,000 pounds to make any sort of impact on bastard business's like these.
Talk to your consumer protection agency but I think you will find that companies like PAYPAL have got their ducks well and truly in a row.

this is the only help. Even the BBB in Silicon Valey are puppets of Paypal as they get funding from them. Do not trust on Verna Berti in BBB Silicon. She is a corrupted BBB employee. Try this:
Please, be very careful with Paypal, they hijack customer's money for 180 days
so they can day-trade it and put the profit in their own pockets.
So they usually use "Money on hold" or "suspicious activities" as an excuse to use their customer's money.
Please check this out, and please notice that they advertise another product. Since I don't know this product and I don't know anyone who does you should distrust it too.
