thinks she will be out on leave and the case is put off even further what can the client do to make the lawyer have a partner there to take their place what is the law or is there any. Should the lawyers partner be responsible for getting the case over with in a timely manner. The Defendant has put off the case for almost two year's.Does the Plaintiff have a right to require that the case moves on with the help of another partner in the same firm as the plantiffs attorney. Please help. Thanks

I would think the firm that she works with would then assign someone to you to replace her.
