As if, your the one who is filing the lawsuit. And somewhat of the lawsuit happens to be a lie?
Due to your mother forcing you to lie, what will happen if your lawyer asks you to take a polygraph test?
And it shows you fail? Although the kid, didn't do anything.. Well obviously the kid did, but it wasn't their
fault.

Polygraph examinations are not admissible in court.

If you are under 18 your parents most likely will have to take the credit for it anyways. Especially if it becomes apparent that they forced the minor to lie. I doubt the minor will get into any trouble but, I do think the lawsuit will be thrown out. Criminal charges may be filed against the adult/parent. This could include a counter lawsuit.

it will come back, on who ever took the test but if it was you i would tell them everything that happend regaurdless and if there mom made them lie then it could possibly give her more punishment and who ever the kid is could be prosicuted as an accomplice so if it was you that failed then you really need to tell the truth in court and let them know why you lied about whatever it is

If I were suing someone and I found out they (or their kid) had flunked a lie detector test about the lawsuit, I would let them know I suspected their suit was phony, and would ask them to either withdraw (cancel) the lawsuit, or settle for a small amount. I might even countersue them (sue them back).

But if it was the other way around, and only my own lawyer (on my side) knew I was lying, if he/she was a good lawyer, he/she would tell me that I probably should withdraw the the lawsuit, because the other side might find out about the lie detector test and would then try to find more evidence of lying.

Note that lie detector tests aren't considered legal proof of anything. They may direct suspicions towards or away from someone, but you can't put someone in jail or win a lawsuit based just on the results of a lie detector test.

P.S. It sounds like your mother is making you lie. This is not a good situation. Is there another adult you trust that you can tell about this, in confidence (which means that they won't go and blab it to everyone else).

tell the truth - always

Mom would be an idiot if she is suing someone and is not being 100% truthful - asking you to lie and HER OWN Lawyer is asking you to take a polygraph?- she will probably lose the case and have to pay all those lawyers costs

she could later get sued herself and lose further

Polygraphs are not admissible as evidence in court because they do not meet scientific standards for accuracy. You can refuse to take a polygraph for another reason: allowing the polygraph would be a violation of your 5th amendment rights against self-incrimination.
If you've already taken the polygraph you can still stop it from being used in court. The judge will probably not allow the polygraph but just in case he does all you have to do (or more precisely your lawyer) is to file a motion to declare the polygraph as not admissible evidence.
