First, you must really have a business clearly in your mind. Then you must be an expert or one of the best or promising in it. If you already have the equipment or the sources of goods and raw material, and if you have already eyed a good location, your problem will be capital. The best way is to apply for a loan with the bank bringing your project feasibility study of your business. If you have a collateral it will be easy. If you go to solicitors they will look for a proof or promise of your success. That is the purpose of your making a project feasibility study. If you're sure of it then go. But I suggest you try the bank first.

First you have to determine what business you would want to put up. Secondly, you have to set all your finances/funds you will need for your business. Thirdly, study the market from which you will place your business. This includes your potential customers such as if it's an internet cafe business then mostly students would be your customers. Lastly, you must determine the points from which you are weak on so that you will improve it and use it in your business. Hope this helps!
