How much would it cost for a solicitor to try to get custody of my baby, Honestly I have been in Jail with domestic violence and the mother of my baby has an restraining order out on me and my baby. I have a history of alcoholism which im trying to fix and i have been diagnosed with Bi Polar.
I have another child whom im not allowed to see due to similar circumstances but I want to change my life to see my babies

Get yourself fixed up first or the money you spend on a solicitor will be wasted. There is no way you're getting custody or unsupervised visitation unless you can prove you've made some drastic changes in your life.
