How long does it take until a personal injury case is completed?
I have a personal injury claim against a pharmaceutical company. The lawyers representing me have received an answer from the company, and have now submitted my fact sheet and records. They have informed me that it is now a waiting game for the records and my fact sheet to be reviewed. How long until this is done...how long until settled?Answer by highnlow
WHAT do you not understand about the fact that HE CANNOT tell you how long it will take? NOBODY can tell you that! When they get back to him they will. YOU need to NOT BE A PAIN IN THE BUTT and just WAIT! They aren't going to be in any hurry to pay any monies out to you so SIT BACK AND WAIT!
