is it too late to make a claim for whiplash?
There were no other cars involved, the car i was in, drifted on some water, that couldnt be seen in the dark, it then flipped over and landed on the roof. I have no medical bills as I'm in the U.K.

I'm no expert, but I think if you have documents related to the accident you can claim pain/discomfort for quite some time. Some problems related to accidents might not show up for months.

It is not too late. Call the driver's insurance company and get the claim going. It will help if you have your medical bills/statements handy.

Did the insurance company contact you? Did you sign anything? Did you go see a doctor? Did you see one right after the accident?

No. You have 3 years from the date of the accident to file a claim. If the police were called to the scene, then you need to get a copy of the police report. If the person at fault has filed the claim, then an adjuster with the insurance company should be in contact with you. If they didn't, then you can either contact the person at fault insurance or file it against your insurance.
