Under section 10 it asks this "complete the following and attach a copy of the law enforcement report if available"
my question is do they need the entire report?? because the police report is 19 pages..

Do you trust a total stranger like me more than them to give you the right answer? If not, call them and ask someone who really knows.

You should attach the entire report. Sending only some of it may not give them all they need. You may not want to risk delaying the payment over the copy fees for a few more pages
