I maintain all payments towards the upkeep of the family home, however she has has changed the locks, will not allow me the keys to my Harley motorbike, maintains that I cannot remove it or my musical instruments from the family home as she needs them for her protection! She will not entertain dialgue on any level, it is her way or no way, she says she will sell all the items including my clothing, without my consent and against my wishes because she has posession, it is her entitlement, she says. Someone please help! Due to geography I am having difficulty finding a solicitor to take the case.

go take it out in court. and if she sells your stuff she may have to pay for it. do you have paperwork for the separation? if it is a legal separation, then there are certain laws that apply. laws vary by state.

She can not sell your stuff and if that house she has changed the locks on is in your name and there is no court order, call the police.
