Not sure quite how to answer this...pricing Workers' Compensation insurance is the system of classifying different workplace exposures into a system of codes, each one with a rate commensurate with the risk associated with that workplace exposure.
To use an obvious example, the classification code for a clerical worker should carry a significantly lower rate than the code for a roofer, because the average workplace exposures of those two types of employment are obviously quite different.
It also varies by state and region.
