Larry started in an ex chicken sexing shop over Bob's Weeners in Kalamazoo in 1937.
All he had was a lead pencil and a gross of Korean war army surplus toilet paper for notes. And an egg crate for a chair.
The main costs to startup were the payola to local cops and Morgue attendants to get clients.
Larry now has 13 franchises in 7 states including Tasmania.
