I know there has to be a way, I know you can do it with cars and tell if they were in accidents so I would assume there has to be some way. Please help. Thanks for taking the time :)

there is not currently an outlet for that type of information. insurance companies have a combined file on everyone that has ever had insurance that they share between each other, but without working for one of them, you would have no access to this information.

when you place insurance on the home your agent can run a clue report on that address and it will pull up claims on that property for the past 3-5 yrs.

The closest thing would be to request a CLUE report on your house. Google "Choicepoint."
