accident at work. head and chest injury's. never had CT scan at time. have on going problems since, depression, memory loss. doctor eventually sent me to memory clinic and have now had CT scan which shows dried blood on the brain from a bleed. according to the doctor caused at the time of the accident but not detected. waiting to see a neurologist to find out what damage if any it may cause. should my solicitor insisted I had a Ct scan at the time to look for furture problems

Did you file a report at work with HR that you were hurt on the job? You have 24 hours I believe to do so. When ever you get hurt on the job you notify your supervisor and file a report and go to the emergency room. If it has been any length of time you may be out of luck. Talk to HR and tell them you want to file a workmans comp case for this. Find a workmans comp attorney in your area and get them on this asap.
