helloo....
I had a car crash 8 months ago, and decided with the other party we woudl settle the damage private! ... didnt tell insurance companies anything!
But now they are deciding to claim wiplash from me!
then puzzle is....i was drivin my aunties car..
which i know just found out i wasnt insured on!
i havtn recieved anything untill a man knocked my aunties door this mornin...
they say they have a crime number.. but ive heard nothing!!!!
any help pleasee!!

Well, Jo-Ella, sounds like you have problems.
If you want to contain the trouble as much as you can, I suggest you get yourself an attorney right away; because it sounds like you are going to be sued. And if you were not insured, you will at the very least also lose your license.
