What can I legally do to make someone who has made a false allegation against me to make them show the evidence that they are claiming to have. Within my chosen sport rules they don't have to show or read any evidence so they can just keep on discrediting my name with nothing essentially. Though legally what can I do outside the sport with a solicitor as this is affecting my entry to a competition and discrediting my own/horses names. I need fast action.

Talk to the leader of you club or group. if they dont help. Look if there is procedure for dispute resolution in your club. Talk to him and tell you are going to the police.
The court can make him submit the information he has against. So when you go to the police report mobbing, harassment and blackmail.
Then get a solicitor .
