buying a house 240,000 +

electricity $ 150+
car petrol $ 80 + depending on how much you drive etc ...
insurance for full insurance on my car i pay $ 160 it all depends on what model car etc
health & home insurance dont have a clue ?

Entertainment, food, transport and other stuff you listed are cheap. But housing isn't. Sydney is a little expensive with that.
