what is the liability to the insurer?

Answer by ravenjudge
if you are saying you were driving illegally, that is with an expired license, then your insurance company can deny coverage based on the fact that you should not have been driving, in which case, you may be personally responsible. If this is not your question, then clarify please!

You're driving with an expired license. That's a crime.
So you're criminally liable, no insurance would cover you.
In fact your insurance company is likely to file suit against you for violating the terms of your insurance that only qualified drivers drive the vehicle (and someone with an expired license is clearly not qualified).

Can you clarify the question?

Were you envolved in an accident where someone was killed while you were driving on an expired license so your insurance won't pay?

Or are you a victim of the accident?

Please clarify your question in better English.... You said compensation to the diseased. Do you mean to the deceased?
or diseased... Have a sickness, (a disease) ?
or deceased....died, dead ?

How can you compensate a deceased person?
