Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me. I am 23 years old and Received a letter from the Law offices of Mitchell N. Kay. I currently am waiting to join the Navy and I keep telling them they are going to have to wait until I get paid, but they keep calling me and harassing me. Is this normal? Wth should I tell them?
