I wan to file fraud case against them. I want to take legal actions. I'm want to claim compensation as they have affected my career adversely. can I claim without hiring any lawyer.
can anybody please tell me what should I do. I'm in dilemma. I'm a lot worried about my future.
I have paid $ 3500 to my university to file my internship with this company.
I want to claim all my money.
Please tell me what should I do. How should i go ahead.
I have an offer latter from that consultant company showing the internship period of 5 months and another latter called learning contract showing pay/hr.
They keep on saying we are getting a project for you, soon we are going to arrange interview for you. but nothing happened. It has been 4 months. I am a lot nervous and tensed. Even I don't have money to hire a lawyer. I hope police can solve my problem.
Please help me.
Thanks.

Talk to your advisor at school, or to the people at your university who you gave the $ 3500 to.
Something about this doesn't sound right. I don't understand why you had to pay any money at all for an internship.

If you have a legal claim it is a civil claim not criminal. The police can not help you. Try going to your school adviser and explain your situation he/she should be able to suggest actions you can take.

If you paid tuition of $ 3500 for internship, then how did you get a agreement to be employed. There appears to be no way you can remedy the situation because they can't guarantee to get you a job. If their not a employment agency and part of a school curriculum. You don't seem to have much of a case either way. You should probable get the most out of them, reference letters etc. and move on. You seem to be looking for some lawyer to tell you some stupid idea that they don't teach in IT consultancy schools or law school.
