I am being falsely accused and I am brining all supporting docs to court. There is a spot on the form for out-of-pocket expenses since the request was submitted with no supporting facts. What will the court actually reimburse me for (no lawyer). missed work? gas to and from court? any other relief? emotional? I have a ton of proof that the girl filing is crazy and has a past history of submitting false info. to the court system

why not just follow the restraining order and stay away from the crazy gal
restraining orders only last 6 months
then she will have to file a new one
the court will not reimburse you for any costs arising from you choosing to fight this allegation

If you have that much proof you can sue her for a lot of things. Legal fees, emotional damage, financial damage, and you can probably get away with slander or libel. Also just talk to a paralegal and they can give you some pretty good advice
