I'm British and I own a company with international branches in the UK, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore. I am planning of moving to Thailand by next year. Is there any International law firm in Thailand with offices in the above mentioned countries?

One that springs to mind is LinkLaters but they will charge you like a wounded bull for their services.
I have to say your question is unclear.
You need a lawyer who will handle domestic/home affairs or business? Why don't you just stick with your current lawyer?
