I want to file case against corrupt government office for taking Bribery, corruption, offering favors based of bribery, discrimination, & negligence.I am a poor man, All I can tell you in few word is that the spot I registered for for my bussiness been giving away to another guy who paid them bribery. Officailly I am still in their system on the map saying that location belong to me. But since they been briebed, rules, law, regulation doesn't matter to them anymore.
They gave the other guy permit for the same spot as mine & told me I can't work their anymore. Funyn thing is that I'm still in there system on map for that spot. Thats because I was the first one to register 4 it. Other guy came next day bribed oficals with $ 800 (he told himself outside the office) They also didn't give me permit for different spot cause I allready em registerd for that spot. So why can't I work there? I need a free or cheap laywer in Wash. DC, I'm old & dibetic who don't know wat type lawyer I need
To make things clear, its a government branch who give permits and license for business. But now they will give you spot (area) to anyone who bribe them.
If you go there today you will see that there system is saying that I have paid and registered for that spot. But if you go to the actual area, sombody else is put there beside me.
They can't remove me from the system because system doesn't allow to do so, their excuse is that they already gave the spot to other guy a month ago. However just yesterday I they told me twice looking in their systemquote "This are doesn't belong to anybody and infact you are the first one who have come to me"
Today when I complained that somebody else is there at my spot, the same official said I already gave that spot to that guy but forgot to put it into the system, blah blah,
There are still other parts of the story which i didn't tell.
My question is what types of lawyer takes cases against government corruption, bribery, and fraud?

jokingly, a good one. But seriously you do not need a lawyer, you need a US District Attorney. Contact that office and tell them your story. That is my advice.

You might try the Legal Aid Society in your area. If they won't help you maybe some other organization will, like the Senior Citizens groups, or even your church,

You don't need a lawyer. Contact the higher officials.
If that doesn't work, you can go find lawyers that will work for free of charge, or on a percentage (if you are wanting to sue) of the money that comes in later.

Hi, I am the same guy who made the thread.
I have already made the complain at there office but they don't care. and the reason I can't and don't want to go through the complain process with attorney general is that it takes toooo long. he gives first response after 6 to 8 weeks and than the process starts.
I had a similar case 3 years ago when a cop threw me out from my spot where I been working for 10 years, he said it was illegal, than the next day he put a woman with her husband on my spot. So apparently it ws illegal only for me. When I talked to those couple about how can they work there? they called the same cop again who threatened me to put me in jail.
I had to complain at many places and collected numerous witness, which took more than 6 months. I got my spot back and that officer was problem just suspended. But I lost business for months, Had to write lengthly complain letter back and forth. I already had 2 major eye and major bypass surgery. I am also diabetic, I can't afford to go through this lengthly process again, now it hurts when I look at computer to type.
I'm looking for a free or cheap attorney. I have evidence which can win the case, and if I win some money than the attorney can take it all, All I want is justice.
Anybody know anyone or any organization in Washington DC?
But I don't even know what type of lawyer takes these case? Its not a personal injury, or criminal case or is it? What kind of case is it?
