It will not be legal in german. So, sending it to her will do nothing.
File it in abstentia. They will grant it if you can show she isn't here and willnot respond to the legal paperwork.

I'm not surprised you can't find a solicitor to translate your divorce paperwork. Solicitors don't do translations. The people who do those are called translators.
