Hi every1, I was recently contacted by a company called http://www.claimsmanchester.org.uk/ they recon they can put forward a claim for me to claim back miss sold PPI, they say its completely free (no win no fee). Has anyone heard of them before? If its legit I could be looking at a 1 or 2 grand pay off...

no win no fee aint all that it seems sorry to say. they will make you sign a CFA which is an agreement. its only no win no fee if the costs can be recovered from the other side. if you lose, you still have to pay the dispersments, which could be alot of money! the money you gain will have to be worth it otherwise you could put it down on dispersment fees and the whole thing would have been a complete waste of time. im going through a similar case at the moment! good luck x
