Today, whilst i was looking in a shop the ceiling fell through. I moved out of the way just in time and escaped with only a scratch and a few grazes. Is there anything i could claim for?

The question would be what are your "damages." If you aren't "damaged" in some way that warrants compensation, then you probably won't get anything.
But if you went to the hospital because you needed for example stiches, bandages, etc, then you can prove "damages" for compensation.

I get that it could have been worse if you hadn't moved, but I mean, really???
That's just petty.
I think you should just get over it move on with your life.

This is exactly why insurance premiums have gone up so much & so quickly...because people like you see everything that happens as an opportunity to grab a little free cash!
Harden up...you got a little graze & a scratch...take your lawyer off speed dial & try EARNING your money rather than suing for it...
