i have been representing my self in court to stop my ex husband seeing my daughter .the courts have awarded my daughter a guardian.i have been fighting this on my own for 2 years .because he is violent do i have a chance in stopping him .can they make me have a philological report done on me , it is makeing me ill now its to much stress

Get a solicitor anyway you can, borrow money from a relative if you have to or get a loan, this is important. And yes even though your ex is the one who is violent since the courts and a guardian are involved they can require you to get a psychological exam, have your home inspected, take parenting classes or whatever they want.
