i like a property and i make an offer which the seller accepted. but while the case is in process, the seller refuses to sell the property, because he said he changed his mind. i have paid the solicitors fees. the agent said you can see another property with us and we will cover this fees in that property you just have to pay for the survey again. but i am intrested in the property. what should i do now?

US we would sue for breech of contract and have a court force the sale or compensate us.

if you have a signed sales agreement you sue for specific performance. if you have nothing in writing,
you can do nothing. real estate contracts must be in writing.
