In October I will be working at a small solicitors' firm that specializes in family and corporate law. My mum was told that I wouldn't be able to tell her much about what I do, so I assume I'll be involved in the cases. It's not like I can really do that much, so I'm now confused as to what I'll be doing. What do you think I'll be doing?

Tell me about your work experience.. experiences! Even if you didn't work in a solicitors.

Thanks!

I would theorize you will be involved in cases in the sense of observing them.. however i don't believe you will have a direct role in decision making, i believe the reason you wont be able to tell her much is in case you tell her anything which may jeopardize the case.. i would guess that your main role would be secretarial
