still need medical rehab expensis paid, but just found out the $ 100, 000 has been exhausted. What happens now. Am in Brain injury, physical rehab and more- Does it all come to a sudden halt.
Anyone experience this or have experience in this matter. Very confuzzed.

Yes, it comes to sudden halt. The limit usually applies to each single incident or accident claim, although some policies also have total policy limits as well.

Per your previous question, you have a lawyer handling this. So you will need to call them and set up an appointment in person to discuss with the lawyer your options. Bring pen/paper with your questions and also write down the answers.
Since the $ 100,000 is gone, your lawyer will tell you how to proceed in getting treatment. You may need to change doctors to do so, since previously the insurance had paid. With your injury, this is serious and most likely will be long term before they release you.
Your lawyer has a vested interest in this case, so let him earn it. But phone calls or showing up at the office will not do anything, since the lawyer is busy, so you need a appointment to see him to discuss your options.
