I was recently wrongfully arrested, the police raided mine and my mothers house. They then let me go without charge and an apology for getting teh wrong person however both my mother and I have been left with costs from furniture that was broken including a front door. I have no house insurance so cannot claim from that and don't see why I should. My mother (who has sever depression) has been left a nervous wreck and jumps everytime there is a noise. Is there any way I can claim compensation? And if so how do i go about it?

The first thing you should do is discuss your situation with an attorney. You should get your initial consultation for free.
