My attorney has offered a letter of protection for me to be seen by a Chiropractor. But I would rather be seen by a doctor. I have medical insurance (although I would have to pay the co-pay up front) that would get me in for treatment - which is the better choice?

Whatever is going to treat your medical concern. Put your health first. A good attorney will recover for you either way.
