Hi, I have an IVA, and two years ago I had an accident where it was someone else's fault. I started the legal side of things before I entered into the IVA. If I was to win an amount of compensation for my injuries and loss of income, would I have to declare that to the IVA people? What happens if I didnt?

Best thing to do is to speak with your IP, explain the situation and they will tell you what must happen to the money. Creditors agree to write off your unaffordable debt so thus any extra income such as a windfall or inheritance must be paid to them.
