Get with the times. A woman's capability lies in far more than her looks. So Kagan isn't pretty. That doesn't mean she's a man or that she is any less capable of the role.

Well, majority of Justices of peace are overweight elderly men with female-like appearance, advanced senility and general disregard for common sense. So, unattractive by your standards female with brilliant mind intact and impeccable credentials of professional and personal kind would be a vast improvement on a sad state of affairs. you know this is something i wanted to do but didn't get a chance to. eventho i am not a feminist i think she would be the right person for the job. i probably would have picked someone like that if i was president..
