Odd, I filtered this to US Questions Only and it came up. Anyway, like any OTHER policy, you'll have to read it to see the exact terms and conditions. To file a claim on YOUR policy, call your agent. To file a claim on someone else's policy, well, you can't. THEY have to. You'll probably have to sue them.
